Altrad acquisition moves forward

Valmec’s shareholders have approved the acquisition by Altrad Australia (Altrad Services) by way of scheme of arrangement (Scheme), with 98 percent of shareholders voting for the deal at a general meeting on Friday, 1 October 2021.
