Contract Wins Expands Infrastructure Works

Valmec has extended its partnership with Water Corporation, announcing an award of further work in circa of $15 million, as well as securing two new energy contracts.

The contracts acquired by Valmec's infrastructure division are for water pipeline infrastructure works, together with a suite of additional work for Newmont Australia, totalling circa $20 million.

The Company has also picked up contract wins with Beach Energy Ltd and Arrow Energy for its energy and resources divisions to maintain a total forward order book at approximately $75 million.

Importantly, Valmec is currently targeting a strong pipeline of construction and services opportunities worth more than $750 million across its specialist areas of energy, resources, and infrastructure.

All the awarded contracts are expected to commence immediately with completion during FY21.
