Valmec named key project partner for renewable hydrogen production facility

Valmec is excited to be the key project partner for South Australia’s first renewable hydrogen production facility, delivered by Australian Gas Infrastructure Group (AGIG).

We are currently in Phase 1 of the project, with Valmec constructing the onsite infrastructure of the renewable gas production facility at Hydrogen Park SA (HyP SA) in Adelaide.

Once operational, properties around the HyP SA facility will be supplied with blended renewable hydrogen gas through the existing gas network, as part of a five-year demonstration. With countless benefits through this amazing initiative including; a step towards greener energy, increased jobs for Australians, and a long-term low carbon economy outlook, the future of gas is bright.
