Valmec secures Services Agreement with Origin Energy

Valmec is pleased to announce that it has secured a new Services Agreement with Origin Energy for the provision of wellsite mechanical and electrical maintenance services.

The multi-year agreement, with an estimated value of over $50 million, covers the provision of services to Origin’s upstream assets in the Surat Basin, and extends on our current contract to provide facilities and wellsite maintenance services to Origin’s Spring Gully assets announced in late 2020.

Importantly, the new contract will continue to support Valmec’s long-term commitment to the Maranoa and Western Downs regions in SW Queensland, providing local employment and community spend opportunities.
