Valmec's Scheme of Arrangement Approved

Valmec is pleased to announce that the Supreme Court of Western Australia has approved the scheme of arrangement under which Altrad Australia (Altrad Services) will acquire approximately 98 percent of the issued capital of Valmec for total cash consideration of $0.413 per Valmec share.
