Valmec is pleased to announce that it has secured a renewal in its long term services contract from Origin Energy Resources Limited on behalf of the Australia Pacific LNG Joint Venture for its APLNG project.

Further to its announcement dates 4 January 2018, Valmec is pleased to advise that it has now completed the acquisition of the business and assets of specialist pipeline testing company APTS.

Valmec acquires national testing services group

Valmec is pleased to announce it has entered into a business sale agreement with the receivers and managers of APTS to acquire the plant and equipment, work in hand, inventory, intellectual property, licences and accreditations of the APTS business.
